Local Ordinances That Regulate House Acquisition

By Edward Wagner

Married people mostly want to separate themselves from parental homes. They aim to establish families of their own. Doing this will require them to have their own a house. This family abode is the smallest political and social unit house inside a single structure. This a fresh start and in buying one they employ the service of home inspectors Marietta GA.

Since the early days of its existence man has always sought shelter from the hazards of outside world. Wild predators roamed the forests and the natural forces that the weather unleashed force the early creatures to seek refuge in natural crevices. This became the first abodes of early humans. It was safe and secure for a family to stay in.

As technology advanced with fashioning of tools and using it on things, humans began to build their own structures and started erecting domiciles. These were made of very light materials from plants and animal skins. Land as of that time had no ownership. Possessing a plot of land is done by mere force. The population then was not as large as it is today.

Advance many years later into the age of pharaohs and kings and this made the areas claimed by the ruler as his under force of kingship of authority. All tracts were own by the royal family. Only other high officials and nobleman were given pieces as reward for civil or military service. Most often than not, the high officials had to build their own structures.

Looking back at the middle ages one can see that feudal system emerged almost together with monarchism. Royal individuals claimed ownership of the lands and these were handled by the nobles that are close to the ruling family. These were taxed heavily and the extravagance of royalty made them sell lots to rich merchants who subsequently broke it up to pieces to be sold to others.

Personal and real property ownership came to form when governments started taking stock of national territory. Surveys were made to account for land and titles were established indicating measurements and boundaries. Sale of public property to speculators made land available for the general public and soon private individuals began buying these properties, especially land.

Most modern domiciles are situated in the suburbs, away from the pollution of industrial estates and far away for the clogged city streets of a commercial zone. This rationalized use of land is moved primarily by government as part of urban planning. These often developed by big time realtors with the employment of large construction corporations that do the development.

There comes a time when certain circumstance will force a family to move to another place. Various possibilities exist. But no matter what the reason is, the existing domicile must be disposed via sale so the proceeds can be used to purchase a new one. In both cases the prospective buyers of property need to be assured of its quality.

Consumer protection also applies to the sale and purchase of real estate, specifically residential houses. Some countries and states have laws legislated to ensure that buyers do not get cheated every time a domicile is bought. One of these ordinances created the house inspection industry. Their job is not to evaluate the value of a property but to check the state of structures.
